OUR TRAINERS
All instructors are Hyrox certified as well as having degrees in Strength and Conditioning or Sports Science. We pride ourselves on top tier coaching.
Our custom Hyrox training programs are designed by our coaches to complement your instructor-led classes and include five rotating focuses:
