Our Strength Classes are designed to help you build the foundational strength needed for success in Hyrox. You will learn and master compound movements, with personalised training plans created using 1RM testing. We use advanced techniques such as contrast training, cluster sets, ballistic movements, and strength endurance to improve your athletic ability. These movements directly enhance your performance in Hyrox, and our focus on progressive overload ensures that you continue to gain strength over time.
Hyrox Sim
Our Hyrox Sim Classes are specifically tailored to prepare you for competition day. Led by a qualified coach, the sessions focus on mastering the technical aspects of each movement, helping you perform more efficiently and effectively. These classes will challenge you with a range of workouts, including engine builders, threshold training, compromised running, EMOM, AMRAP sessions, and VO2 max builders. With small group sizes, you’ll receive personalised coaching to ensure correct movement execution.
